An athletes body is a great equalizer…what I mean by that…is the body doesn’t lie.
How hard you train, how disciplined you are with your nutrition will dictate how you look and how you perform.
6 kilograms in 6 weeks is a great effort and a testament to what can be achieved through elite individualized program design and targeted nutrition and recovery protocols.
