GC Bulletin Exposes What USP Coach Joey Hayes did to AFLW Western Bulldogs Captain Katie Brennan to take her game to another level…

AFL leading goal kicker and 2017 Victorian Female League Best and Fairest Katie Brennan up for The USP Elite Athletes Retreat to get the edge over her competition. Katie was a revolutionary and was the first ever female to attend our AFL off season strongman camp and The PIT way back in 2012.

At the time she was working multiple jobs, attending university and training full time whilst driving down from Brisbane 2-3 times a week to train in The PIT before there was a national AFLW league.

Very proud and Stoked to see how far she has come with her development as a person, her football, leadership and business with her KB performance centre in Melbourne! Setting the standards and a fantastic Role Model for all athletes.
