Stoked to see USP Athlete Courtney Hancock take out her 4th Coolangatta Gold Title in a come from behind win for the record books. Making her the Most Successful Coolangatta Gold Female Winner in the history of the event; having won her first Coolangatta Gold a decade ago!

It’s common for athletes to have 1 or 2 or 3 good years or seasons, it’s rare for an athlete to stay at the top of their sport for more than a decade! Some athletes use age as an excuse as to why their performance declines. Then those like Courtney Hancock with an unrelenting quest to get better, physically and mentally, to train smarter to keep pushing when others are getting complacent-this is what separates those that have a good year or two compared to those who are at the top for the duration of their career! Honored to coach athletes like her that are 100% committed, loyal and do what they say they’re going to do.
